Delays:
Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or high shipping volume (e.g., during holidays or peak seasons). -

2. Free Shipping

Standard Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all orders within contiguous Australia (mainland and Tasmania). There are no hidden charges or additional handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the total cost of your order. -
Exceptions:
In certain cases, shipping costs may apply, such as for returns, exchanges, or deliveries to remote areas. If additional shipping costs are applicable, they will be clearly communicated during checkout.
3. Additional Information

Order Processing Days:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, weekends, and any special holidays. -
Order Cut-off Times:
If you place your order after the cut-off times, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. -
No Deliveries on Weekends or Holidays:
We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking Delays:
Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update once the order has been shipped. -
Order Changes:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. -
Note: Tracking is not available for orders that are still in the "Processing" status.

Keep the Packaging:
Please do not discard the packaging materials or boxes. In order to process returns or exchanges, we require the original packaging. Failure to retain the packaging may result in the inability to process your request.
